What We Buy
We buy most grades of Ferrous and non-ferrous metals. We welcome opportunities from all market groups including scrap metal dealers, businesses (Asset recovery of unused or end of life material, manufacturing and processing, plant cleanup, construction, demolition, farms) and general public (households).
We are well positioned to buy in the West, and transfer the scrap overseas to our recycling yards for further processing. Our exclusive buying contracts with businesses using recycled materials allow us to offer ‘top dollar for your scrap’. Contact us today with available stock and we will be happy to get back with our offer.
Our collection service, handling and logistics of collected material meet all necessary governmental regulations and guidelines.
Factors affecting prices of what we buy:
Our global positioning allows us to entertain local, national and international clients. In our offer price, we carefully factor in grade of the metal, commodity price, state of the metal, and logistics cost.
Our commonly purchased metals include:
Compressor/Sealed units scrap, Insulated wire, Ballasts, Transformers, Electric Motors, End of Life Electronics, Cast Iron, Steel, Auto Cast.
Non-Ferrous Metals:
Non-ferrous metals include aluminium, copper, brass, nickel, lead, zinc and also precious metals like gold and silver. Being iron free, these are resistant to rust and corrosion, making them ideal for water pipes, roofing materials, outdoor road signage. Aluminium is a highly recycled metal.
We buy non-ferrous metals scrap containing all types of Aluminium, Copper, Brass, Stainless Steel, Lead and Zinc. After collection, these metals are shipped to primary and secondary mills and smelters. These recycled materials (after turning them into high grade materials) are then supplied to the manufacturers.
Ferrous Metals:
Ferrous metals, generally speaking, include steel and iron, which are essentially used for their structural strength and durability. Transportation, construction, domestic tools and hardware used at home are some of the applications of ferrous metals. Except stainless steel, and wrought iron, all ferrous metals and it’s alloys are susceptible to rust, if there is rust on a metal, it’s a ferrous metal. The most recycled material is ferrous metal.
We buy ferrous metals scrap containing No. 1 and No. 2 Heavy Melt, Bushelling, Mixed Bushelling, Bundles, No. 2 bundles, Shredder logs, Plate and structural steel, Oversize plate and structural steel, punchings, dime punchings, machine shop turnings, industrial clips, mixed clips, cast iron, auto cast, shred, white goods, car bodies.
